We kindly ask you to get in touch with us immediately whatever problems might occur such as delivery delays, misdelivery, etc. and not cancel transactions by filing disputes with your credit card company.
If there is any kind of problem we will always seek a solution resulting in either a refund or a replacement of your order.
It's worth mentioning that we can refuse future purchases from customers who have previous chargebacks.
If you place an order in our store you agree on our established policy and rules and should you have any troubles you should inform us immediately. Otherwise, disputes will be contested. We always try to do our best to make our customers satisfied and their understanding and cooperation is deeply appreciated.
We provide 3 shipping options for you: ground and second-day for the continental US and international shipping. We ship our goods using the services of Fedex, UPS, USPS and DHL.

There can be a delay of 3-4 business days on skincare and cosmetic items when ordered as single items or combined with other items. Orders to be delivered to PO boxes are subject to the USPS Ground shipping only.
Orders which were placed with Express Shipping option by 2 p.m. EST Monday-Friday are shipped out the same day; Orders which were placed with Express Shipping option after 2 p.m. EST are shipped out the next business day.
Please note that Express Shipping does not include backorders or orders that are placed on hold for customer credit protection.
We always send confirmation letters with all the delivery details for your order. Do not forget to check your e-mail. Estimated delivery time-frame on the website is based on orders placed before 2 p.m. EST, from Monday till Friday.
Shipping costs are based on package weight up to 3 pounds. If your order weighs more than 3 pounds or is oversized, it may be subjected to extra shipping fees. In such cases the extra shipping fee will be displayed on the secured checkout page when you will be placing the order.
Tracking numbers that are available for UPS, FEDEX, DHL (excluding USPS / Fedex Smaprtpost) will be shown in the confirmation letter which will be sent to the e-mail address indicated at the moment when the order was placed.
Presently, we ship to the USA (excluding Alaska and Hawaii) via Fedex, UPS, and USPS, and the following countries via DHL:

We guarantee to fully return your money or to reship the order if something went wrong by our mistake. In case you provided a wrong shipping address and your order was undeliverable, we require the product to be shipped back to us in the original packaging. We do not reimburse shipping costs. If the item was shipped with a free shipping option, we will charge a standard shipping fee upon receiving the item back. Additionally, we will deduct 20% of the item's price and 2.5 USD as a labor fee. All the rest will be returned to your bank card.
All the customs issues in case of international shipping should be managed by the customer. You cannot claim the refund if your order has been shipped and is currently in transit to the final destination.
Any order that must be returned to us for any reason should arrive at our warehouse within 30 days of the order being placed. Any returns after that date will not be refunded.
Please ensure that all returns include the original packing slip and the reason for the return. If the returned item is damaged, used, or open, we cannot issue a refund.
You can cancel your order before 2 pm EST on the day when you placed your order. Once your order is shipped, we cannot cancel it anymore. If you dispute the charge without prior contacting us, this action will be considered fraudulent and reported. All your data such as IP address, name, address, etc will be forwarded to the credit card issuing authority (Fraud Division), FBI (Credit Card Fraud Division) and all Credit Reference Agencies. Credit Card Fraud is a serious crime and will not be tolerated.
On confirmation of placing the order the client accepts to be bound by our Terms and Conditions as stated above.
